Following in his family's footsteps, Matt Telfer is the third generation of Telfer's to work at South County Realty. Being a fifth generation Morgan Hill resident as well, he has an intimate knowledge of the unique properties that can be found in the Southern Bay Area. Matt recently graduated from UC Davis majoring in Communications with an emphasis on Business. This mixes well with his knowledge of the SouthBay, and allows him to give his clients the kind of quality they deserve out of their Real Estate Professional.

 The Telfer family and South County Realty have gained a reputation of integrity and honesty in Morgan Hill over the years, by all the hard work they have put into the community. Matt strives to live up to this standard at South County Realty as well. As a fellow member of this beautiful community, Matt will work diligently to get the results you want and deserve out of your Real Estate Transactions. 

Away from the office Matt is an avid wakeboarder, skier, snowboarder, and beach volleyball player, and loves nothing more than traveling and sharing these activities with his friends and family. When not in the office he can often be found up on the lake exercising his love of water sports.
