Megan Telfer serves as a Residential Property Manager for South County Realty, bringing over a decade of real estate expertise and an unwavering commitment to exceptional client care. A proud alumna of UC Davis (B.S.) and UC San Diego (M.A.), Megan earned her California Real Estate License in 2011 and has been an integral part of South County Realty’s marketing and communications ever since.
Known for her strong communication skills and meticulous organizational management, Megan delivers a seamless property management experience for both Owners and Tenants. As a Morgan Hill resident for more than 20 years, she offers valuable local insight to clients while overseeing every aspect of the process—including tenant relations, rent collection, financial reporting, and compliance—ensuring each property is managed with professionalism and care.
Outside of real estate, Megan treasures time with her husband and two daughters, often spent hiking, playing volleyball, skiing, or relaxing at the beach with their yellow Lab, Cody. She especially values being outdoors and making memories with family.
